Empower My Hood aims to equip students and their families with the knowledge and the tools necessary to be successful in college and their chosen careers. We strive to empower students to make informed decisions about their college education, career goals, and opportunities. To guide our community’s college-aspiring youth through the college planning processes our organization provides a range of services that delivers college readiness and career planning workshops, community engagement opportunities, and mental wellbeing seminars. EMH guides and encourages our students to make achievable goals for a successful future.
