United in Healing explores the personal and professional journeys of five Black physicians in their early careers, offering an intimate look at what it means to navigate medicine while carrying both the privilege and the pressure of representation. Through honest group conversations and individual reflections, the documentary sheds light on the realities these doctors face.
The film highlights the journeys of five emerging physicians—including EMH Founder Dr. Ayana K. Cole-Price—and celebrates the transformative power of mentorship, education, and community.Further highlighting why Black representation in the medical field is necessary for better care, better connection and a more equitable healthcare system.
